PAC Annual Meeting and Election Information
The Election will follow the Annual Meeting. Attached you will find a Nomination Sheet for the General Election, with the election and results from 2-3.30pm. Hors d'oevres and Refreshments will be served.
All positions on the Board are open as per our By Laws. Please write in you nomination for one position, two or all of them. You do not have to fill in all the positions. Nominations are due via Mail or Email by May 28th, 2016 one week prior to the Election. The Nomination Chairperson will collect these nominations and make the nominees known on election day. Candidates can be nominated during the Annual Meeting prior to the Election. Approval of nominees must be accompanied by 2 approving paid members as per the By Laws. In order to vote, members must be paid in full. We are accepting membership payments during the Annual Meeting so that you may vote in the election. Official Ballots will be distributed at the Annual Meeting just before the Election.
You can hand write the nomination(s) in and mail it back to the PAC mailing address. Or write them in, scan/take a photo of the document and return it to this email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
The nomination sheet will be available on Facebook and the PAC E Mass Website.
